Abstract RU 2361770 C1

FIELD: ship building.

SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the proposed invention, circular hollow boxes are attached to the hull outer metal lining with the help of circular metal plates and fitted into split mould to be placed into centrifuge. Centrifuge is switched on, glass mass melt is fed into lining to make glass filler. Then aforesaid glass filler temperature is decreased for metal melt to be fed thereon. Cylindrical enclosure inner metal lining is formed with the help of centrifuge. The said enclosure is cooled to glass transition temperature of aforesaid glass filler. Now the centrifuge is switched off and cylindrical enclosure is annealed. Finally, aforesaid enclosure is cooled down in above mentioned split mould and taken out of it.

EFFECT: production of large-size deep-water apparatuses to be operated at margins of depth, without using auxiliary buoyancy capacities.
