FIELD: fuel systems.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing the mixed rocket propellant product attached to the casing comprises injection moulding the product, solidifying it under pressure, cooling to below equilibrium temperature and pressing out moulding attachments from the product. Note that the said pressing-out is carried out at the special pressing-out unit till complete removal of aforesaid attachments by stepwise pressure reduction in hydraulic cylinders of aforesaid unit, the pressure being kept at every step for 2 to 15 minutes. At the first pressing-out step, hydraulic cylinder pressure is 3 to 10% higher than that of the hydraulic cylinder no-load operation. At every following step, pressure is increased to exceed by 5 to 10% the pressure of previous step.
EFFECT: reduced loads, acting on structural elements in pressing out.
