FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to railway engineering, namely to railway automatics and telemechanics for interval control of trains motion. In method voltages are registered in receiving ends and currents are registered in supplying ends of every rail line by means of alternate connection of track generator to them together with receiver. Occupation of rail line is fixed in case of reduction of current voltage at the inlet of receiver of signal frequency below the occupation threshold, and its freeness - in case current voltage exceeds freeness threshold at the inlet of signal frequency receiver. Freeness and occupation thresholds are identified by calculation using reference voltage, and until train shunt impact appears, it is continuously corrected. Threshold voltage of rail line freeness is corrected using mean average of insulation resistance in the ends of rail line, which is identified by current of main frequency power supply source with absence of influence from train shunt, which is controlled by supply currents in the ends of rail line at additional current.
EFFECT: makes it possible to increase accuracy of rail lines condition control with reduced resistance of insulation.
