FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining, notably, to driving shafts by means of dippers. The lever operational equipment of the shaft loader with a controlled dipper consists of sub-plate 1, whereon swiveling mast 2 is mounted, with rack-gear hydro-jack mechanism 3 swiveling the mast and with seat 4 for a ball hinge; further the equipment consists of boom 5 pivotally mounted on the swiveling mast, of handle 6 pivotally connected to the boom, of controlled six-blade dipper 10 connected to a lower end of handle 6 by means of ball hinge 9, of hydro-jacks 11 and 14 for swiveling boom 5 and handle 7 in vertical plane. Also hydro-jack 11 of boom 5 swivel is connected with its upper part to seat 4 of sub-plate 1 by means of ball hinge 12, while with its lower part it is connected to movable pivotal bracket 13; hydro-jack 14 of handle 6 swivel is connected to an upper part of elongated telescopic handle 6 by means of a single hinge, while with its another end it is connected to movable pivotal bracket 15. The lever operational equipment is furnished with two hydro-jacks 16 controlling the six-blade dipper, with two hydro-jacks of movable pivotal brackets and with a hydro-jack of handle sliding. Notably, controlling hydro-jacks 16 are connected to poles 18 by means of ball hinges 17, while with their lower ends they are connected to cross bar 19 of six-blade dipper 10 by means of single hinges. Further, the handle is made telescopic and consists of main 7 and sliding telescopic 8 parts made in form of rectangular prisms one entering another with mutually parallel sides. They are connected between them by means of the hydro-jack of telescopic sliding installed inside the telescopic sliding part; the connection is designed to facilitate maximal sliding of the main and telescopic parts. Also the hydro-jack of telescopic sliding of the handle is connected with its one end to an upper internal surface of the main part of the handle by means of single hinges; with its another end the hydro-jack is connected to an internal lower surface of the telescopic sliding part of the handle. The hydro-jack of control over position of the boom is connected with the sub-plate by means of the ball hinge installed in a corresponding seat on the sub-plate.
EFFECT: improvement of design of lever operational equipment.
