SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a leverage working equipment, comprising a boom and a hingedly telescopically sliding handle, hydraulic jacks for rotation of the boom and the telescopically sliding handle, a hydraulic jack of telescopic sliding of the handle, a stand with a carriage of circular movement of the plant along a circular monorail, mounted on the upper side of a suspended bottomhole curb, an operator's cabin, a six-blade grab bucket controlled by means of two spaced hydraulic jacks and a shaft suspended drilling plant with two drilling machines each controlled by two hydraulic jacks. The telescopically sliding handle comprises a bracket hingedly fixed at the end of the boom with upper parts of the main part of the handle mounted in it, a hydraulic jack of telescopic sliding of the handle and a rack hydraulic jack rotary mechanism, which ensures the possibility to rotate the main and the telescopically sliding parts of the handle by the angle of 180° to both sides relative to their longitudinal axis.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in performance of drilling and loading works in process of arrangement of vertical shaft of small depth.
