FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: shaft drilling-and-loading plant consists of operating lever equipment including arm and hinged handle connected to it, hydraulic jacks to turn the arm and handle, support with carriage of radial movement along ring monorail mounted on upper side of movable suspension bottom-hole casing, operator's cabin, six-bladed grab and shaft drilling plant. Handle has telescopic extension shape and consists of the main and telescopic retractable parts with hydraulic jack of telescopic retraction, which is arranged inside the latter and provides maximum telescopic retraction value. On lower part of telescopically retractable part by means of gimbal there fixed is grab controlled by means of two hydraulic jacks and two transverse splines serving for fixing of position and rigid connection to telescopic retractable part of shaft drilling plant with two controlled drilling machines by means of two hydraulic jacks, each having the possibility of independent mechanised spatial movement and their being set to the specified position irrespective of each other.

EFFECT: higher manoeuvrability and efficiency.
