SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining, namely to shaft loading machines with lever working equipment. Shaft working machine with lever working equipment comprises fixed axle, which is rigidly fixed in central support of sinking platform. Two reducers with hydraulic drives mounted on axis, two mount plates, two rotary extended booms hingedly fixed in mount plates, two rotary extended handles hingedly mounted on booms, two operator's cabins, two six-blade bucket grabs, hydraulic jacks of boom and handle swing in vertical plane, four hydraulic jacks of six-blade bucket grabs, hydraulic jacks of swinging booms and handles separation and four hydraulic jacks of hinged brackets. Reducers with hydraulic drives are mounted with the possibility of complete rotation around fixed axis, and extended booms and handles are arranged as telescopically extensible by means of their hydraulic jacks of separation arranged inside telescopically extensible parts and, angles of their swings are increased due to application of movable hinged brackets mounted on upper faces of main parts of extended telescopically collapsible separation booms and moving by means of their hydraulic jacks mounted inside main parts of booms. At the same time each six-blade bucket grab mounted on lower end of telescopically extensible part of handle by means of ball hinge may turn in horizontal and vertical planes and fixation of its position with the help of two control hydraulic jacks. Operator's cabins are rigidly joined to mount plates, which are mounted on bodies of rotary reducers.

EFFECT: expanded field of application of mechanised method of rock mass loading and scraping in the last phase, and also for increase of efficiency when arranging vertical shafts with blast-hole drilling method.
