FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: higher efficiency is achieved by manoeuvrability and independence of operation of drilling rigs in shaft hinged drilling plants and a controlled grab. A shaft drill loader comprises a radial frame (RF) of a tilted T-shaped structure resting by one side with a self-propelled carriage of a circular turn on a circular monorail, mounted on a well bottomhole hinged formwork, and with the other end of the RF via a bearing to a central movable axis stretching via a hollow central support of a tunnelling sinking platform. A self-propelled carriage is installed on RF shelves, to which a telescopically sliding handle (TSH) is hingedly joined as capable of a limited angular turn in a radial direction with the help of two control hydraulic jacks hingedly joined with the TSH and the self-propelled carriage. A six-blade grab controlled with the help of two spatially distanced hydraulic jacks or two shaft hinged drilling rigs equipped each with two control drilling machines (DM) are mounted into the TSH with periodical replacement. Each DM is under control of two spatially distanced hydraulic jacks providing for higher manoeuvrability and independence of operation. The TSH comprises the main and telescopically sliding parts joined to each other by means of a telescopic sliding hydraulic jack (TSHJ). The TSHJ is placed inside a telescopically sliding part, which makes it possible to achieve maximum value of telescopic sliding of two TSH parts. Independence of displacement and operation of a shaft drill loader independently on the sinking platform is provided due to possible vertical displacement of the central axis of the hinge with the help of a double-drum small-sized hoist installed on the upper floor of the sinking platform, which is permanently connected with the central movable axis by one rope, and with the other one - periodically with the self-propelled carriage of circular displacement.
EFFECT: higher efficiency in drilling and loading works in process of arrangement of vertical shafts of medium and high depth tunnelled by drilling and blasting.
