FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes radial frame on opposite ends of which there mounted is self-propelled carriage of circular movement along annular monorail, driver's cabin and hinged assembly for being fixed on central axis; handle with six-blade grab bucket hinged on lower end, or shaft drilling plants. At that, along side flanges of radial frame made in the form of inverted T-shaped structure there moved is self-propelled carriage to which there telescopically hinged is extension-type handle with possibility of restricted angular rotations in radial direction by means of two control hydraulic jacks, and handle itself consists of bracket, main and telescopically extension-type parts. At that, in bracket there mounted is rack hydraulic jacking mechanism for joint turns of the main and telescopic extension-type parts connected to each other by means of splines, through an angle of ±90° to both sides, and telescopic extension is performed with hydraulic jack arranged inside telescopic extension-type part with possibility of maximum telescopic extension and on its lower part there mounted on both opposite sides are mounting plates with splines for fixed arrangement and fixture of two shaft suspended drilling plants, and on the edge - ball hinge for connection of six-blade controlled grab bucket by means of two hydraulic jacks equally spaced at spatial angles to each other with possibility of wide manoeuvring relative to suspension axis and connected to telescopic extension-type part by means of ball hinges, and to traverse of six-blade controlled grab bucket by means of single hinges; at that, each of shaft suspension drilling plants is equipped with two drilling machines controlled by means of two hydraulic jacks equally spaced at spatial angles with possibility of wide independent manoeuvring by position of their plant, and self-propelled carriage of circular movement is arranged on annular monorail mounted on suspension downhole casing and independent movements of shaft drilling-and-loading plant along vertical plane separately from sinking platform by means of two-drum small-size winch mounted on upper storey of sinking platform, and movable central axis on which there arranged is hinged assembly of radial frame and having the possibility of back-and-forth movement inside central support of sinking platform, which is hollow.
EFFECT: increasing the capacity of drilling and loading works when driving vertical shafts of average and large depth, which are passed with drilling-and-blasting method.
