FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: lever operation equipment of shaft loader with controlled dipper consists of mounting plate with mast erected thereon, of rack-and-gear hydro-jack mechanism of mast rotation, of seat for ball-and-socket hinge, of extended boom hinged on rotary mast, of telescopic extended handle hinged on boom, of controlled six-blade dipper mounted at lower end of telescopic extended part of handle by means of ball-and-socket hinge, of hydro-jacks for turn of extended boom and telescopic extended handle; of two controlling hydro-jacks for six-blade dipper, of two hydro-jacks for transfer of hinged brackets under hydro-jacks of boom and handle turn, of hydro-jack of telescopic extension of handle and of hydro-jack of boom extension. The extended boom of operation equipment is telescopic extended and consists of the main and telescopic parts made in form of rectangular prisms with mutually parallel facets entering one into another. The main and telescopic parts are interconnected with the hydro-jack of telescopic extension installed inside telescopic part and are designed for maximal extension of the main and telescopic parts. A guiding slot for displacement of hinged brackets and hydro-jacks of their transfer as well as guiding beams for directed displacement of the telescopic part are installed in the upper internal gap between the main and the telescopic parts of the extended boom on internal horizontal surface of the main part. The hydro-jack of the hinged bracket displacement for the hydro-jack of turn of extended telescopic handle is mounted on the telescopic part of the extended boom and performs mutual displacements with it. Also value of extension of the telescopic part of the boom is limited with length of run of movable hinged bracket from the utmost back position to an end contracting yoke of the main part of the extended telescopic boom.

EFFECT: improved design of lever mechanism of shaft loaders and increased efficiency.
