FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: lever type working equipment of the shaft loading machine with controlled bucket comprises a mounting plate 1 equipped with a tillable spar 2, a hydraulic jack type slewing gear 3, an arm 5 pivotally mounted on the tillable spar 2, a pivotally connected dipper arm 6, controlled six-bladed clamshell bucket 8 mounted on the free end of the dipper arm, a hydraulic rack controlling arm position 9, a hydraulic rack controlling 12 dipper arm. The lever type working equipment is equipped with two operating hydraulic racks 14 for six-bladed clamshell bucket connected to the dipper arm 6 by means of rigidly fixed mounting racks 15 and ball connectors 16. The hydraulic rack controlling arm position 9 is connected to the mounting plate 1 by means of ball connector 10 mounted in the relative lug 4 made in the mounting plate 1. To provide increase in angle of rotation of the arm and dipper arm, the hydraulic racks controlling arm 9 and dipper arm 12 position are connected by means of hinge brackets 11, 13 mounted in the lugs made on the upper side of the arm 5, with a possibility of simultaneous as well as successive limited longitudinal movement by means of separate hydraulic racks mounted inside the arm.
EFFECT: improved design of lever type mechanism of shaft loading machines.
