FIELD: communication devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical communication technology. The system contains a light source, which provides for optical radiation, a control signal source which generates a first control signal, amplifier for receiving the first control signal, amplifying this signal and generating a second control signal at a predefined amplification level. The second control signal is the first amplified signal. The system also contains a splitter, meant for receiving the second control signal and dividing this signal into third and fourth control signals, first attenuator, meant for receiving the third control signal, attenuating this signal at a first attenuation level and generating a fifth control signal which is the third control signal, attenuated by the first attenuator.
EFFECT: generation of a light signal with linear frequency modulation for an optical network.
