FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryoelectronics and can be used for making logical circuits. The technical outcome is achieved due to that, functions of the screen and the control bus are combined and executed by a lower superconducting track, deposited on the surface of a substrate, partially insulated from an upper track by a Josephson contact, and galvanically connected to it.
EFFECT: state of the cryotron is determined by its parameters and current; simpler design and method of making the cryotron.
