FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved method of obtaining compounds of formula II: 
, which includes stages: (a) preparation of hydroxylamine-O-sulphonic acid solution in aprotonic organic solvent; preparation of solution of organic base, which has pKa value, at least, nearly the same as indole, in aprotonic organic solvent; preparation of formula I compound solution in aprotonic organic solvent; 
; (d) simultaneous and proportional mixing of said solution from said stage (a) and said solution from said stage (b) with said solution from said stage (c) in reaction reservoir for aminating, at reaction temperature from approximately -5°C to approximately 40°C in order to obtain said formula II compound; where R represents hydrogen, C1-C4-alkoxy or benzyloxy; R1 and R2 are similar or different, and each of them is selected from group, including hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl; or R1 and R2 together with carbon atoms, to which they are bonded, form cyclic ring C5-C8; and m is equal 1.
EFFECT: described are methods of obtaining intermediate compounds.
