FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceramic industry and can be used in development of technology of formation or serial production of complex-profile products by method of water slip casting in gypsum and other capillary-active forms. Method of controlling kinetics of ceramic semi-product composing in water slip casting includes alternate composing of ceramic layers from common and modified (with dye) slips during set time until semi-product is completely composed. Replacing common slip with modified is performed by their displacement or discharge. After semi-product composing is completed thickness of layers is measures and general scheme of kinetics of composing is taken by wall section(s). As modifying additives for white ceramic casts, for instance quartz, alumina, chamotte ceramics, glass-ceramics, etc. powders of Cr2O3, CoO, SiB4, B2 are used in amount 0.05-0.5% wt to hard slip phase.
EFFECT: simplification of controlling kinetics of ceramic semi-product composing in water slip casting, ensuring control of composed layer thickness in any time interval, obtaining general scheme of kinetics of product composing in one cast.
