FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of cured salt of hyaluronic acid or of its cured mixed salt preparation consists in activation of saturated water solution of hyaluronic acid together with at least one curing agent at mole ratio salt of hyaluronic acid to curing agent or to curing agents sum in the range from 500:1 to 1:1 and in following chemical interreaction at temperature range from 20 to 70°C during 0.5-2 hrs. proceeding in the process of water removal from the solution during 2-8 hrs. Water removal is carried out under reduced pressure or by high-vacuum freeze drying. The claimed method does not demand high energy and water consumption and large labour contribution, allows to use as starting materials most diverse salts of hyaluronic acid (including mixed salts).
EFFECT: development of versatile environmentally safe method allowing to obtain the wide range of cured hyaluronic acid salts in one stage in water medium with obtaining of target products with quantitative yield.
