FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: salt of hyaluronic acid (HA) is reacted with tocopherol and at least one cross-linking agent, while subjecting initial reagents to simultaneous effect of pressure which ranges from 5 to 1000 MPa and shearing deformation in a mechanochemical reactor at temperature ranging from 20°C to 50°C, as well as to a bioactive composition based on said salt.

EFFECT: obtaining cross-linked salts of hyaluronic acid modified with tocopherol in single-step mode in the absence of a liquid medium, obtaining desired products with quantitative output.
