FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes smelting in vacuum-induction furnace with finishing deoxidisation of melt and receiving of primary cast stainless steel. Additionally it is implemented additional vacuum remelting of primary cast stainless steel in electron-emitting furnace with receiving of ingot, which is subject to integrated thermomechanical treatment, including velocity pressing, tempering at 1100-1150°C into water, following deformation at 20°C or 600°C with clamping 30%, aging at 600°C during 100 hours. Steel contains components at following correlation, wt %: carbon 0.06-0.08, phosphorus 0.015-0.02, manganese 0.1-0.3, sulphur 0.015-0.003, silicon 0.8-1.5, oxygen 0.002-0.003, hydrogen 0.0005-0.001, nitrogen 0.002-0.004, chrome 16.0-18.0, titanium 0.5-0.8, nickel 9.0-11.0, molybdenum 2.0-3.0, lanthanum 0.023-0.026, yttrium 0.022-0.025, iron is the rest.
EFFECT: manufacturability increasing of steel at manufacturing of surgical implants by means of increasing of density, sharp reduction of volume of microinclusions of the second phase and gas interstitial impurity, hereupon it is implemented increasing of physical-mechanical indexes of stainless steel at essential increasing of potential of pitting-formation.
