FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of molybdenum of high purity manufacturing including vacuum refining by means of electron-beam remelting with receiving of ingot and electroarc vacuum melting of the received ingot in arc-furnace with crystalliser. At that electroarc melting is implemented with cerametallic blanks, prepared from sintered molybdenum. Electroarc melting is implemented at the velocity of 0.5-0.6 kg/min. Electroarc vacuum melting is implemented at intensive electro-magnetic mixing at influence on melt of electromagnetic field with formation of fine-grain structure in ingots of molybdenum of high purity. Ratio between diameters of ingots of electron-beam remelting and electroarc vacuum melting is d1/d2=0.6.
EFFECT: improving and increasing of stability of physical- mechanical characteristic of molybdenum during the receiving of ingots of high purity and optimal macrostructure.
