SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, chicory cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, barley grain, oat grain and cocoa husks frying, mixing of mentioned components and its cryomilling of obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method allows to produce coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
