SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared; scorzonera is cut, dried in microwave field at preset process parametres and roasted. One performs frying barley grains, oat grains and cocoa husks. Scorzonera, barley grain, oat grain, cocoa husks, cinnamon and vanillin are mixed and the mixture is cryomilled in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method provides for production of new coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
