SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. The method of production includes preparation of the recipe components, oyster plant cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying. One performs frying barley grains, oat grains and cocoa husks. Oyster plant, barley grains, oat grains and cocoa husks, cinnamon and vanillin are mixed. Cryomilling the produced mixture is performed in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method provides for production of new coffee drink according to a nonwaste technology.
