FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing instant powders for coffee drinks. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, girasol cutting, drying it in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, roasting of barley grain, oat grain and cocoa husks, mixing of mentioned components with cinnamon and vanillin in mass ratio of 200:400:100:298:1:1 and cryomilling of obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
