METHOD OF DIAGNOSTICS OF COMPLICATED ESOPHAGEAL OPENING HERNIA Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2368298 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics. Chronotropic reaction on patient's swallow is carried out. Patient's cardio-intervalogramme is registered, carrying out series from 6 swallow tests initiated at the end of inhale and exhale phases. If cardiac rhythm frequency does not change in period of test functional loading regulatory disorders on segmental level of vegetative nervous system corresponding to complicated esophageal opening hernia are detected, in case of consistent change of cardiac rhythm frequency during swallow tests, regulatory disorders on segmental level of vegetative nervous system non-corresponding to complicated esophageal opening hernia are detected.

EFFECT: method allows to judge about regulatory disorders at segmental level of VNS in case of complicated esophageal opening hernia.
