FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and namely to neurology and can be used for correction of damaged nerve cells of the brain, which was caused by means of mitochondrial toxin of 3-nitropropionic acid. Method is implemented in the following way: stereotactic transplantation of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSC) of human adipose tissue which is pre-incubated in the medium containing 10 mcM of retinoic acid is performed during 6 days.
EFFECT: invention allows normalising pathologic changes of brain tissue and the associated neurological deficiency owing to transplantation of pre-incubated MMSC.
