FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of grinding products and may find application in agro-industrial complex as grain is processed into flour. Method for inertial separation of fine-dispersed particles includes supplying air-dispersed flow inside vessel into conically narrowing space, transportation of air-dispersed flow into conically narrowing circular spaces and withdrawal of fractions according to dispersion as air-dispersed flow passes through circular channels into conically narrowing circular space. Air-dispersed flow is supplied as axisymmetric and in pulsation manner inside vessel, and transportation of air-dispersed flow in conically narrowing circular spaces formed by conical elements that make free oscillations relative to each other and vessel, connected by flexible elements. Exhaust of air and fine fraction is carried out into circular space formed by a set of conical elements and conical body. Transportation and separation of fine fraction are carried out as air is swirled in ascending air flow on inner surface of conical vessel. Air is discharged through tangential nozzle of cleaned air exhaust, fine fraction through nozzle for discharge of fine fraction. Large fraction is transported downwards to hole for its withdrawal by means of movement of enriched air-dispersed flow in axial direction.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of fine-dispersed particles separation, and also reduced power intensity.
