FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to field of aviation, space and marine medicine, and can be used in practice of diving physiology and hyperbaric medicine to determine degree of individual resistance of animals (rabbits) to decompression sickness (DS) in experiment. CCF is investigated in rest state and under physical loading. Simultaneously quantity of caught gas bubbles in venous blood flow is determined and by formula LIG=2×Lr+0.33×(2×Lm-2×Lr), where: Lr is ratio of quantity of gas bubbles signals to quantity of cardiac cycles in rest state, Lm is ratio of quantity of gas bubbles signals to quantity of cardiac cycles in rest state after movement. LIG - level of intravascular gas-formation is determined, and if its value is 0 points, animals are referred to group of stable animals, if gas-formation intensity is from 0.1 to 1 - to group of animals with medium stability, if intensity is higher than 1.1 - to group of non-stable animals.

EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy and reliability of performing experiments on laboratory animals, as well as to improve quality of decompression sickness diagnostics.
