FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to field of aviation, space and marine medicine, can be used in practice of diving physiology and hyperbaric medicine for determination of degree of human individual resistance to circulatory hypoxia. Level of intravascular decompression gas-formation (LIG) is investigated, investigation being carried out after decompression, in state of rest and after physical loading. Then by formula of points LIG=Gr+0.33x(Gd-Gr), where Gr - LIG (level of intravascular decompression gas-formation) in state of rest, Gd - LIG (level of intravascular decompression gas-formation) after physical loading, level of intravascular decompression gas-formation (LIG) is determined. Tested people with LIG intensity 0 points are referred to group of resistant, tested people with gas-formation intensity from 0.1 to 1 point - to group of medium-resistant, with intensity higher than 1 point - to group of non-resistant to circulatory hypoxia.
EFFECT: method ensures increase of accuracy of examination and quality of occupational selection of specialists working in conditions of changed pressure of gas and water environment.
