FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: folding anchor consists of a shank and a cross joint with hinged folding flukes. Cross joint is designed as a circular plate with flukes installed on it. Shank of variable section is fixed in the plate centre by threaded connection. Outer portions have larger diameter and the middle portion has smaller diameter. Outer portions are provided with a thread with a stop in the form of a nut with a groove. The stop has possibility to change its location on shank body.

EFFECT: simplifying the device manufacturing and operation.
