The agent is selected out of group including purine base, pyrimidine base, nucleoside, nucleotide and their derivatives. Also invention claims start culture of milk bacteria obtained by the claimed method. Milk bacteria output by the method comprises 16.67 kg per 100 l of medium.
EFFECT: increased output of milk bacteria cultures.
