FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, and namely to surgical instruments for realisation of cryodestruction of limited volume of pathological tissue in urology, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, etc. Instrument contains heat-insulated handle and changeable work point from highly heat-conductive material. Between working point and handle installed is stud from highly heat-conductive material, one end of which is rigidly fastened inside the handle, and on other threaded -point is screwed, part of stud between work point and handle is heat-insulated with thermo-shrink plastic. Inside the handle there is a box for keeping work points.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase ergonomicity of instrument and to provide possibility to use instrument promptly in field conditions.
