FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Fan-shaped laparolift includes vertical and horizontal bars, retractor, guide for connection of vertical bar with horizontal bar. Vertical bar has fastening for fixation to operation table and tender. Horizontal bar is equipped with detachable bracket for fastening of retractor, which has possibility of vertical movement and rotation. Retractor is made detachable and consists of hanger bracket and two nozzles. Hanger bracket is made in form of rod with blade. Nozzle represents blade, equipped with bush for fastening on hanger bracket rod. Hanger bracket and nozzles by means of fixer can be installed in two extreme positions: in one axis one above the other or separate at an angle.
EFFECT: invention provides for increase of convenience in work, reduction of traumacity during laparolifts applying, possibility to use construction without preliminary application of pneumoperitoneum, possibility to create in abdominal cavity adequate volume for free operating.
