FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Claimed device contains reservoir with active substance which has stable melting temperature lying within from 30 to 60°C, two heat-exchangers and thermoelectric modules. Reservoir represents body filled with active substance, where into active substance volume submerged are heat-exchangers representing two parallel copper plates connected to each other by means of copper pins, onto which thin copper discs are hafted. Upper plate of each heat-exchanger, protruding from body, on two opposite sides parallel to long side of body, has protrusions ending with stops. In heat contact with said plate of each heat-exchanger are thermoelectric modules, to whose opposite soldered joints contact head base is pressed. Pressing is realised by means of elastic gasket placed between stops and contact head base. On one of stops of each heat-exchanger dimensional line is applied, graduated in millimetres. On contact head base opposite dimensional line mark is made, corresponding to contact head centre.
EFFECT: invention allows accurately regulate temperature of exposure and time of procedure carrying out.
