FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention concerns medical products, particularly the method of effective heterocyclic antibiotic delivery to tumour cells by means of small particles containing caffeine, differing that said method includes initial mixing of concentrated alcoholic solutions of antibiotic, single chain oligonucleotide and purine in the ratios close to equimolar ones, and following fast injection of the prepared solution through a thin needle in rapidly mixed greater volume of aqueous solution containing sodium chloride to produce single noncoherent nano-complexes - pharmacosomes - of very small size 1 to 100 nanometres providing antibiotic protection from sorption on blood capillary walls and thereby increasing its penetration into tumour cells and their nuclear DNA.
EFFECT: invention allows for manifold decrease of antibiotic concentration that ensures possibility to eliminate its toxic nonspecific action on the body, herewith providing sharp increase of its penetration into tumour cells that makes it possible to perform their elimination effectively.
