SUBSTANCE: according to this invention, transmission rate control method involves the step at which transmission is performed from base radio station to RGCH mobile station in order to supply the command to increase user data transmission rate of return communication link only when base radio station has successfully received user data of return communication line, which was transmitted by mobile station.

EFFECT: possible mobile communication system using the improved return communication line, possibility of increasing radio communication quality by means of certain purpose of resources of base radio station hardware.
