FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: tool consists of case and at least one cutting plate with upper surface, lower surface, peripheral surface between them and two identical opposite cutting parts each including identical cutting edges. Two cutting parts are arranged in mirror kind symmetrically relative to main middle plane of the cutting plate. Two identical cutting edges of each cutting part are assembled mirror symmetrically relative to auxiliary middle plane of the cutting plate. Also lower surface consists of two parts and a guiding element between them in form of at least one rib projecting beyond the parts of lower surface and in direction off upper surface. The guiding element has lengthwise axis perpendicular to main middle plane. The case is equipped with at least one seat wherein the cutting plate is installed; the cutting plate is designed to perform directed travels; the seat for the plate has an exit to peripheral surface of the case and has a slot and a guiding furrow designed to interact with the guiding element of the cutting plate installed at least partially in a slot. The cutting plate travels between the retracted position and projecting position under force of a spring making it move in direction of projecting position; also in projecting position the cutting plate passes through the exit of the seat beyond peripheral surface of the case.

EFFECT: increased amount of cutting edges of cutting plate.
