SUBSTANCE: pipe reactor for producing a composition of urea and ammonium sulphate includes a pipe-like housing and a head, where the head of the reactor has a device for axial introduction of acid, device for introducing ammonia, device for introducing urea and a reaction chamber, in which reaction of acid with ammonia before getting in contact with urea is intensified by creating incipient turbulence when introducing said reagents. In addition to the pipe reactor, the device for producing a composition of urea and ammonium sulphate includes a separator for separating vapour, formed from suspension of urea and ammonium sulphate, and a device for receiving this vapour.
EFFECT: provision for conditions for reacting an acid and a base in a stream of a component which is sensitive to heating and acid action without decomposition.
