FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology. A DNA molecule is described, which codes the main allergen of Poaceae pollen, with nucleotide sequence selected from sequences given in the description. A DNA molecule is proposed, which forms a hybrid with the described DNA molecule in severe conditions and originates from DNA sequences of the Poaceae types. A DNA molecule is presented, which codes an immunomodulating fragment of the main allergen of Poaceae pollen, which is reactive towards T-cells, and the corresponding modified molecule. A recombinant DNA expression vector is described, which contains the described DNA molecule. A method of producing a polypeptide which is encoded by the DNA sequence of the described molecule is disclosed. Main allergens of Poaceae pollen with sequences disclosed in the description are disclosed. A pharmaceutical composition is proposed, which contains at least one of the disclosed main allergens of Poaceae pollen, additives and optionally additive active ingredients, for treating allergies, triggering of which involves main allergens of Poaceae pollen.
EFFECT: invention can be used for making proteins, used for in vitro and in vivo diagnosis of pollen allergy.
