FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metallurgy field, particularly to manufacturing and treatment of liquid metal. Device contains socket block in which it is built in bushing, co-axial metallic pipes inside the bushing. Co-axial metallic pipes consist of two interconnected parts, additionally the first part - pipe with working channel and the second part is connected to supply for feeding of gas mediums into working channel of the first. The second part is implemented with annular capillary channel preventing passage through it of liquid metal. Internal pipe of the second pipe is filled by refractory material. Annular channel of the second part and working channel of the first part of cartridge case are smoothly joined. External pipe of the second part of cartridge case and pipe of the first part of cartridge case there are implemented from different materials and are connected to each other by means of thread and/or welding. Through all length of internal pipe of the second part of cartridge case pass pipe outgoing the limits of the second part of cartridge case, outfitted by separated from specified working channels supply system of gas medium feeding and finishing at the center of pipe by capillary channel extended up to beginning of working channel of part of cartridge case.
EFFECT: usage of invention provides broadening of parameters of gas flow regulation into liquid metal.
