FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, production and processing of molten metal.
SUBSTANCE: tuyere apparatus has housing block with built-in sleeve, tubes arranged in axially aligned relation inside sleeve, central working channel embraced with annular working channel, which is arranged at side of apparatus adapted for insertion into molten metal. Said channels are separately connected with inlets for supplying of gaseous media into metal. Axially aligned metal tubes are composed of two interconnected parts of different diameters, second part having greater diameter and connected with said inlets for separate supplying of gaseous media into working channels of first part having smaller diameter. Second part has tubes in number exceeding by one and is equipped with annular working channels whose gaps are capillaries preventing passage of molten metal therethrough in case it is delivered into central channel. Inner tube of second part is filled with refractory material and is closed at its both ends. Annular working channels of second part of axially aligned metal tubes are continuously joined at transition portion with working channels of first part.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by eliminating the possibility of outburst of molten metal through working channels of tuyere apparatus.
