SUBSTANCE: tea extract containing dry tea substances obtained from vegetable tea material water infusion. Mentioned tea extract contains magnesium ions, manganese ions, kalium ions and calcium ions in quantities when Euclidean distance calculated on formula makes less than 1.76, where [Mg] - is concentration of mangnesium ions in part by weight; [Mn] - is concentration of manganese ions in part by weight; [Ca] - is a concentration of calcium ions in part by weight and [K] - is a concentration of kalium ions in part by weight.
EFFECT: this allows to obtain beverage with improved clearness and antibacterial effect.
