SUBSTANCE: vodka "Kazenka" contains following ingredients according to withdrawal of components for 1000 dhal of end product: alcolised infusion of oat of first drainage - 1.0-3.0, alcolised infusion of lime flowers of first drainage - 0.2-1.0, 65.8%- sugar syrup 6.0-9.0, rectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking rectified water - and other components in order to achieve 40% vol, proof state.
EFFECT: decreased cost, increased end product stability during storage; improved organoleptic properties due to synergising effect of ingredients; vodka has barely perceptible cherry kernel aroma and barely perceptible prunes aftertaste.
