SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more precisely to the radionuclide diagnostic and radiotherapy, and may be applicable in determining rate of exposure and value of total absorbed dose at radiation therapy of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Scintigraphy with tumour-tropic drugs is carried out, at that two-isotopic scintigraphy is carried out by intravenous injection for 48-72 hours prior to the study of 67 Ga-citrate and for 90-120 minutes of lipophilic cationic complex of 99-mTs Technetril, their distribution on the obtained images is registered and according to the visual comparison of scintigrams reveal hypofixation of 99 mTs-Technetril in projection of hyperfixation foci 67 Ga-citrate, in the presence of which high risk of chemoresistance of Hodgkin's lymphoma is predicted.

EFFECT: development of new affordable, efficient and safe method enabling to visualise viable tumor foci and to identify in their projections areas with scintigraphic signs of chemoresistance, which in turn provides the opportunity to optimise chemoradiation therapy for Hodgkin's lymphoma due to additional radiation of resistant foci of the disease and use of alternative chemotherapeutic drugs.
