SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an apparatus for generating a scent. An apparatus for generating a scent, containing: a body; a first electronic component located in the body; a temperature sensor located inside or near the first electronic component; a second electronic component located in the body; and a control apparatus. The second electronic component is located at a distance from the temperature sensor, exceeding the distance between the temperature sensor and the first electronic component. The control apparatus is configured to measure or estimate the temperature of the second electronic component based on the output value from the temperature sensor.
EFFECT: present invention solves the problem of weight, size, and cost of an apparatus for generating a scent with a temperature sensor installed on such an apparatus for generating a scent from the point of view of ease of use.
