FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: module comprises tight body filled with fire-extinguishing powder with chamber installed in its upper part with gas-generating charge, and with outlet nozzle with diaphragm mounted in its lower part, and also splitter of fire-extinguishing powder jet, which is arranged in body of module above diaphragm. Under chamber with gas-generating charge there is at least one guide and perforated plate with external diametre that exceeds diametre of outlet nozzle opening rigidly installed in axial direction. Plate is rigidly connected to splitter of fire extinguishing powder with the help of traction rods, and they are installed on guide with the possibility of displacement along it, besides length of traction rods is selected so that after exit of splitter from body of module during its actuation, perforated plate closes opening of nozzle.
EFFECT: introduction of perforated plate, which is rigidly connected to splitter of fire extinguishing powder, and their installation inside body on guide with the possibility of their displacement in direction of module axis till closure of outlet opening of nozzle, makes it possible to increase efficiency of module operation due to reduction of volume of fire extinguishing powder, which remains inside module body after completion of its operation.
