FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in introduction of intermixing gas through bottom of tank (1), measuring of mechanical vibration by means of sensor, located on tank or on its bearing structure. It is implemented filtration of vibratory signals by high-frequency filter (13a) and, preferentially, low-frequency filter (13b) for feeding of it to the secondary filtration, which is digital and calibrated by vibration response of tank. After responding ordering it is implemented for each sequence calculation of sliding in time root-mean-square value and it is received from it total effective value RMS (root-mean-square value) of measured vibratory signal. Additionally specified effective value is used for control of flow consumption, fed into tank of intermixing gas. Particular invention can be used for intermixing stand of ladles of steel-casting departments, converters, processes of Rurshtal-Gereus, arc-furnaces etc.
EFFECT: measurement accuracy increasing.
