SUBSTANCE: barley grain is placed at the distance of 12-18 cm from infrared radiator and is processed with radiation of wavelength of 1.2-1.8 mcm. Treatment is carried out for 15-50 sec.
EFFECT: invention provides for elimination of must fungi and their mycotoxins onto grains surface.
