FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method includes scrap-charging, feeding of solid carbon-bearing fuel, preheating of scrap, pouring of cast iron, blowing off with changing of tuyere position and consumption of oxygen, distributed introduction of lime and manganous materials. Cast iron is used with content of manganese not more than 0.25% at ratio Si/Mn ≥1.0. Introduction of lime, manganous materials and fuel is implemented before pouring of cast iron ion the period of preheating of scrap in ratio 1:(0.1-0.4):(0.1-0.6), herewith fuel consumption for preheating not exceeds 20.0 kg/t of charge, and residue of required amount of fuel and manganous material is implemented after pouring of cast iron and/or by portions 1-3 kg/t in the first half of main oxygenous blowing off, herewith total consumption of lime and manganous material is isolated in ratio 1:(0.05-0.15).

EFFECT: usage of invention provides increasing of steel yield.
