FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: module of active phased array includes four independent transceiving channels and control unit, all SHF units of each channel, and also individual units of each channel control produce structure with mirror symmetry versus two mutually perpendicular planes, which pass through longitudinal axis of module, besides common units of control, power supply and protection are arranged in middle part of module and have asymmetrical design.

EFFECT: possibility to develop four-channel module with small dimensions at high repeatability of electric characteristics and technological effectiveness of critical SHF units settings.
