FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry field. Method includes feeding of condensable vapor inside the mold for contact to model and its melting, simultaneously mould is subject by atmosphere of noncondensable gas. Condensable gas inside the mould and atmosphere around of mould are in essence at the same pressure. Condensable gas is condensed inside the mould, where vapor connects to model; melts it, during that outside mould is free from condensate. Condensable gas can be initially introduced inside the hollow gate of unit of low-melt models for melting of gate and then inside the mould for melting of models from unit of models.
EFFECT: reduction of mould cracking during the process of model removing.
